肝動脈化学塞栓術

肝動脈化学塞栓療法中に治療用物質を腫瘍に送達するには、肝血管を正確に識別することが不可欠です。肝臓の脈管構造は複雑であるため、2Dおよび3D画像において、腫瘍栄養血管を正確に特定することが難しく、多くの時間、放射線照射、造影剤が必要となることがよくあります。

経頸静脈的肝内門脈静脈短絡術

経頸静脈的肝内門脈静脈短絡術(TIPS)は、門脈系に到達するまで何度も穿刺を試みる必要のあることの多い、長時間を要する難易度の高い手技です。更に、組織内の現在位置を完全に把握するために、何度もDSAを実施する必要があるため、関連する線量と手技時間が増えます。
